With the support of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Almaty, minors who were left unattended in Kazakhstan for various reasons have been returned to Uzbekistan. This was reported by the "Dunyo" agency.

It was noted that the staff of the Consulate General, together with the "Center for the Support of Children in Difficult Situations" and the Almaty City Education Department, successfully arranged the return of 17-year-old I.R., 12-year-old S.R., and 2-year-old M.N. to Uzbekistan, with all necessary documents prepared.

"On August 24 of this year, the diplomats of the Consulate General handed over the minors to an officer of the Main Department of Crime Prevention of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan to return them to their homeland and reunite them with their close relatives," the report stated.

It is worth recalling that earlier, Uzbek children who had been neglected in Russia were also returned to Uzbekistan.
