Twenty billion soums are allocated for the roads of Karakalpakstan

Twenty billion soums have been allocated for the repair of dirt roads in the southern districts of Karakalpakstan. This was reported on the single electronic system platform of the Ministry of Justice.

It is said that the money will be transferred to the Improvement Department of these four districts for the repair of certain dirt roads in Amudaryo, Beruniy, Tortkol, and Ellikkala districts. In these areas, the funds should be used in a targeted manner to convert dirt roads into sand-gravel roads. These funds will be drawn from the reserve funds of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Amudarya will receive 5.8 billion soums, Beruni will get 5.5 billion, Tortkol will receive 5 billion, and Ellikkala district will be allocated 3.6 billion. Consequently, 123 neighborhoods will have their dirt roads gravelled.
