The deputy chairman of the Supreme Council of Karakalpakstan is appointed

Rustam Tursinboyevich Saparboyev was appointed to the position of deputy chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.  This was reported on the Supreme Council’s website.

It is noted that today, on 18 October, the extraordinary thirty-seventh session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was held.

The meeting was attended by the senate and government bodies of the Oliy Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Uzbekistan, heads of the republic's networks and regions, representatives of the mass media, as well as deputies of the Supreme Council.

The session was opened by Amanbay Orinbayev, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

The agenda of the session included the issue of the election of the deputy chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

In accordance with Clause 4 of Article 81 of the Constitution of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, MP Saparboyev Rustam Tursinboyevich from the 18th "Janbaskala" electoral district has been nominated for the post of Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Rustam Tursinboyevich was born in 1982 in the Kungirot district.  Education - higher, specialty - lawyer and politician.

He graduated from Karakalpakstan State University in 2004.

Since 2021, he has been working as the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan for social and religious relations.

The proposed candidate was supported by MPs.

Rustam Saparboyev was appointed to the position of deputy chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 70 of the Constitution of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
