6761The State Committee of National Security of Kyrgyzstan has interviewed a resident of the Suzak district, a former deputy of the village citizens' assembly, concerning his association with an organized criminal group. This information was provided by the State Committee of National Security.
It has been reported that U.Sh., born in 1984, was subject to a preventive conversation and has committed to renouncing the ideology of the organized criminal group. Earlier, a photo of him with Salim Abduvaliev, also known as "Salimboyvachcha," an Uzbek criminal authority, was circulated on social media.
Following this intervention, U.Sh. has disavowed criminal connections and expressed support for the political direction of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the State Committee for National Security, U.Sh., who was formerly a deputy of the Suzak village council, was fined 100,000 Kyrgyz som in December 2023 for deliberately setting fire to the Suzak village authority's building to destroy evidence of land fraud. Additionally, U.Sh. covered the 6 million Kyrgyz som damage for the repair of the burned building.
The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan is actively searching for Salim Abduvaliev, known as "Salimboyvachcha." During the search operations, it was uncovered that Salim Abduvaliev, a major entrepreneur from Uzbekistan, financed the activities of the organized criminal group Kamchibek Asanbek ("Kolya Kyrgyz"), which was part of the "Circle of Brothers" international criminal group. Based on the gathered evidence, the Oktyabr District Court of Bishkek has issued an arrest warrant in absentia for Salimboy Abduvaliev, and he is being sought through both interstate and Interpol National Central Bureau channels.
It is important to note that Nurgazi Adiraevich Aydarov, a former deputy of the Kyrgyz Jogorku Kenesh, was previously wanted in connection with the ongoing investigation into the financing of organized criminal groups. Aydarov was involved in financing members of international organized criminal groups, including "Salimboyvachcha." Additionally, another supporter of Salim Abduvaliev was arrested in the city of Kyzyl-Kiya, Kyrgyzstan.
