Player ratings were revealed for Uzbekistan vs. Qatar match

Following the Qatar-Uzbekistan match in the 5th round of Group "A" World Cup qualifiers, player ratings were announced.

Uzbekistan’s standout performer was Abbasbek Fayzullaev, who earned the highest score among his teammates with 8.7 points. Fayzullaev's impressive performance included scoring two goals against Qatar. In contrast, Rustam Ashurmatov, a defender who entered the game as a substitute, received the lowest rating among Uzbek players at 6.3 points. Team captain Eldor Shomurodov, who was substituted early due to an injury, also received a low rating of 6.4 points.

For Qatar, their captain Akram Afif received the highest score of 8.9 points. Afif played a pivotal role, not only providing an assist but also orchestrating dangerous attacks for his team. Almoez Ali, who netted two goals for Qatar, was rated 7.8 points.

It is worth noting that this match also inspired renowned cartoonist Hamid Sahari to create a caricature reflecting the controversial moments of the game.
