In Kashkadarya, an assistant governor who “embezzled” loan funds was arrested

In Kashkadarya, the assistant governor used the loan funds.  This was reported by the regional prosecutor’s office.

It is noted that A.T., who worked as an assistant to the governor in the “Beshkoton”neighborhood of Dehkhanabad district, colluded with the heads of a group of business entities and embezzled the loan funds allocated to citizens on the basis of state programs.

In connection with this situation, a criminal case was initiated under Articles 167 and 228 of the Criminal Code.

A preliminary investigation is currently underway.  During the investigation, a precautionary measure in the form of imprisonment was applied to A.T.
