Qahramon Quronboyev Qochqorovich was elected as the chairman of the Association of Neighborhoods of Uzbekistan, leading to his release from the position of the head of the Youth Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as reported by UzA.

The founding conference of the Association of Neighborhoods of Uzbekistan took place, during which the chairman and his deputies were elected.

Inogomov Jovdatkhan Sultanovich assumed the role of the first deputy chairman of the Association of Neighborhoods of Uzbekistan after previously serving as the head of the Tashkent city branch of the Public Service Development Agency under the President of Uzbekistan.

Aslanov Abdullah Ubaidulloyevich was elected as the deputy chairman of the Association of Neighborhoods of Uzbekistan. Prior to this, he held the position of deputy chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the Liberal-Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, focusing on youth and entrepreneurship issues, and served as the chairman of the "Youth Wing" Public Council.

Reports indicate that the Chairman of the Association holds a status equivalent to that of the Deputy Prime Minister in terms of medical, transport, and household conditions.

Qahramon Quronboyev, a graduate of Tashkent State University (now Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan) in 1992 and the Academy of State and Community Development under the President of Uzbekistan in 2004, has an extensive professional background. 

He previously worked as the first deputy chairman of the Central Council of the "Kamolot" youth social movement (1997-2008), Vice-Rector for Spirituality and Enlightenment of the National University of Uzbekistan (2009-2012), Vice-Rector for spiritual and educational affairs of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2012-2013), and as the head of the Republican Spirituality Promotion Center (2013-2015). 

Additionally, he held roles as the first deputy chairman of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan and the deputy state adviser to the President of Uzbekistan on organizational issues and personnel.
