Admission for second specialty programs now open

Online registration for second and subsequent higher education programs for the 2025/2026 academic year has officially begun. This was announced by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations.

According to the ministry, admission is being conducted online through the Unified Educational Services Portal at my.edu.uz and will remain open until August 10 of this year.

Applicants must complete the following steps on the platform:

– Enter passport details and information about previous education
– Upload an electronic copy of their diploma and its appendix
– Choose the higher education institution and the field of study they wish to pursue

Second and subsequent higher education is offered on a paid-contract basis.

For reference, admission quotas for second and subsequent higher education programs are determined by the academic council of each higher education institution. These decisions take into account the institution's scientific and pedagogical capacity as well as its material and technical resources.

As a reminder, it was previously reported that applications for admission to master’s degree programs at state higher education institutions for the 2025/2026 academic year have also begun.
