An Internal Affairs officer is suspected of raping a 13-year-old girl

An Internal Affairs officer is suspected of raping a 13-year-old girl in the Tashkent region. The "Nemolchi" project received information about this incident.

According to reports, the incident occurred at the end of May this year. The 13-year-old girl was walking on the street with her friend when their neighbor invited them to go for a car ride. The girl agreed to get in the car because she knew her neighbor well.

Subsequently, the neighbor took the teenage girls to a rented cottage where he raped the girl. The girls were later returned to the neighborhood and abandoned.

It is worth noting that the girl distanced herself from her relatives for a week, and her mother learned about the incident later. The girl's mother immediately contacted the Internal Affairs authorities. A week later, an examination was scheduled, but the results were not announced for a significant period of time.

Witnesses who saw the girls being taken away, as well as the owner of the "dacha," testified regarding the situation. The suspect was identified by the victim, who revealed that he was an employee of the Internal Affairs Department of Yashnabad district. Consequently, the man was dismissed from his position.

The mother also reported that the suspect and his relatives threatened her. As a result, she filed a complaint regarding the threats.

A case has been opened against the man under Article 118, Part 4 of the Criminal Code, which deals with the rape of a person under the age of 14. If convicted, he may face a prison sentence of 15 to 20 years.
