The people who killed an internal affairs officer and burned his body were arrested

A group of people who killed a senior operative of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and burned his body in Tashkent, were sentenced to long-term imprisonment.  This was reported by the press service of the capital’s courts.

According to reports, in the Mirzo Ulugbek district court of Tashkent, the verdict was read against three people who were found guilty of murdering the senior investigator of the main criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.

The court convicted one defendant (1987) of Article 97, Part 2, Clause “P” of Article 28 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 23 years of imprisonment.

Another defendant, born in 1986, was charged with Article 28 of Article 97, Part 2, Clause “P” of the Criminal Code and was imprisoned for 23 years.

Article 97 (manslaughter) of this Code, part 2, paragraphs “i, p”, Article 164 (invasion), part 4, paragraph “a”, Article 168 (fraud), part 4, paragraph “a”  The defendant born in 1986, who committed the aformentioned crimes, is 24 years old, and the defendant born in 1984, who also committed the crimes provided for in Article 97, Part 2, Clauses “i, p” and Article 164, Part 4, Clause “A” of the Criminal Code is 24 years old.  He was sentenced to 1 month in prison and was found to be a very dangerous recidivist.

The deceased’s sister said that one of the employees of her brother’s shop made a false call to avoid repaying a large amount of debt and they killed him on purpose.

The body of the deceased was found three days later.  She requested that the defendants be sentenced to life imprisonment.

According to one of the defendants, this incident happened suddenly and was not premeditated.
