Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations appointed in Uzbekistan

By presidential resolution, Khurshid Tulkinboyevich Sotiev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan — Acting Head of the Department for the Prevention of Emergency Situations, the ministry's press service reports.
Before this appointment, Sotiev served as Deputy Chief of Staff of the Emergency Situations Department and Head of the Department for the Organization of Service and Combat Training of Rescue Forces.
Earlier, Botir Bahromovich Kudratkhodjaev was appointed Minister of Emergency Situations and awarded the title of Major General by presidential decree.
