Truck catches fire at “Kamchiq” pass (video)

Today, July 2, an Iveco truck caught fire at the Kamchiq Pass, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
At 8:55 pm, the Kamchiq Special Search and Fire Rescue Department received a report about the fire involving an Iveco truck traveling in the "Vodiy-Tashkent" direction along the A-373 Tashkent-Osh highway, which passes through the Kamchiq Pass.
Fire and rescue crews arrived at the scene two minutes later, at 8:57 pm, and managed to extinguish the fire completely by 9:00 pm.
According to the Emergency Situations Department, no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire and the extent of the material damage are currently under investigation.
Earlier, a fire broke out in an electric car in the Yangihayot district of Tashkent, resulting in one person being hospitalized with burn injuries.
