Under Article 276 of the Criminal Code (Illegal preparation, possession, storage, and other actions without the intent to transfer narcotic drugs, their analogs, or psychotropic substances), the Qoshtepa District Court sentenced the individual to one year of imprisonment, with an additional mandatory order for drug addiction treatment and the destruction of the drugs found in his home.
