2 passengers died in Fergana car crash

Two 19-year-old passengers were killed when the driver of a Spark car lost control in the Fergana region. The Regional Department of Internal Affairs reported this.

The incident occurred on August 29, 2024, at 03:30 a.m. on the 8th kilometer of the 4R-140A highway leading to Fergana City, passing through the Kirgili region of Fergana City. The driver, born in 2005, lost control of the vehicle due to sudden braking and collided with a concrete barrier on the side of the road, resulting in a traffic accident.

As a result, passengers Q.M. and Yu.A., both born in 2005, and E.Sh. and N.F., born in 2004, were hospitalized with injuries. Despite medical efforts, two passengers, Q.M. and Yu.A., died in the hospital.
