Messages containing the content "responsibility is also determined for cursing" were circulated on social networks, accompanied by a link to the portal for discussing draft regulatory documents (regulation.gov.uz). However, Sevara Orinbayeva, the press secretary of the Minister of Justice, refuted these reports, making the announcement on her Telegram channel.

Orinbayeva stated, "This news is not true. The draft normative legal document with this content has not been released for public discussion."

She explained that projects uploaded to the portal for discussing regulatory legal documents (regulation.gov.uz) are automatically assigned an identification (ID) number by the system, which is reflected in the link.

For instance, the project of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, titled "On the measures to organize a republican competition to determine the most exemplary neighborhood youth leader of the year," was assigned the ID number 83183 by the system, as reflected in the corresponding link (regulation.gov.uz/oz/d/83183).

"We urge operators of social network channels not to spread false, biased, and unverified information to the public, to avoid misunderstandings among our citizens," emphasized the press secretary.
