Reports of unjustified electricity debts addressed

Recent reports on social media have raised concerns about unjustified electricity debts. Some consumers found discrepancies when checking their accounts with district electricity networks, discovering what appeared to be long-standing debts. JSC "Regional Electric Networks" has responded to these concerns.
The company explained that in August of this year, JSC "Territorial Electric Networks" introduced the "Het Billing" software complex. During the transition of consumer data from the old system to the new one, inaccuracies occurred in some personal accounts.
"In regions where such discrepancies have been identified, efforts are underway to resolve the issues with the help of additional specialists. We will provide further information as it becomes available," the report stated.
It should be noted that earlier reports indicated that some electricity consumers, despite being entitled to accurate billing, appeared to show unjustified debts in the system.
