The Anti-Corruption Agency has been mandated to oversee the functionality of hotlines within state organizations and agencies. This directive is outlined in the decree titled "On measures to further enhance the anti-corruption system and bolster the effectiveness of public oversight over state entities' operations," signed by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on November 27.
As per the decree, the Anti-Corruption Agency is tasked with conducting undercover assessments, known as "mystery client" studies, to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of hotlines within state entities.
Specifically, these efforts involve ongoing assessments to verify the operational status of hotlines (call centers) and the listed phone numbers of state organizations on their official websites. The evaluation encompasses the efficacy of information exchange, the availability of feedback mechanisms, and the promptness of responses.
