On August 10-11, high-intensity magnetic storms will be observed on Earth, as reported by the "Meteonova" agency.

It is noted that on August 10, the peak of the geomagnetic impact will last from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with similar conditions expected on August 11. After 5:00 p.m., solar activity is expected to decrease to a level of 3.

For reference, the intensity of disturbances in Earth's magnetic field is measured on a five-point scale, ranging from G1 ("weak") to G5 ("very strong").

During this time, it is recommended to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Additionally, it's advisable to avoid fatty and spicy foods, drink at least 2 liters of water daily, and reduce coffee intake in favor of herbal tea.

Taking a contrast shower, doing morning exercises, walking in the fresh air, and jogging can also benefit your health during a magnetic storm.
