Hidoyatov, having resigned from his position at governor of Chirchiq, has assumed the role of deputy chairman at “Uzavtosanoat”

Davron Hidoyatov, the former mayor of Chirchiq, has been designated as the deputy chairman of the board at "Uzavtosanoat" JSC, as reported by QALAMPIR.UZ.

Prior to this appointment, Hidoyatov submitted his resignation as mayor of Chirchiq to pursue a new professional endeavor.

Zoyir Mirzayev, the governor of Tashkent region, extended best wishes to Davron Hidoyatov for his future endeavors and presented him with an honorary certificate from the regional governor's office.

Davron Hidoyatov, born in 1976 in Tashkent, holds degrees from Tashkent State University of Economics (1998) and the Academy of Banking and Finance (2001).

His professional journey includes roles such as executive director of finance at GM Uzbekistan (2009-2012), general director of MAN Auto-Uzbekistan (2012-2014), and chairman of the State Committee for Privatization, Exclusion of Monopoly and Strengthening of Competition (2014-2017).

He served as the mayor of Chilonzor district from 2017 to 2018, the first deputy mayor of Tashkent city from 2018 to 2021, and as the mayor of Tashkent region from January to November 2021.

In November 2021, he transitioned to the role of mayor in Chirchiq.

On March 15, Murodjon Abdurahimov was appointed mayor by the decision of the People's Deputies of Chirchiq City Council.
