Earlier, it was reported that a woman in the Jondor district of the Bukhara region beat her two minor twin daughters, approximately 3-4 years old, because her husband did not send money from abroad. On July 20, this woman was officially registered as a mother who has a negative impact on child upbringing, according to the Children's Ombudsman.

A forensic examination conducted during the investigation revealed that the minors, O'.S., born in 2020, and O'.S., born in 2021, did not have any injuries.

Nevertheless, the woman, I.M., was found to have committed the offense described in Part 1 of Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Failure to fulfill the obligations to raise and educate children). She was fined and registered as a mother with a negative influence on the child's upbringing.

It should be noted that previously, in the city of Urganch, Khorezm region, a father brutally beat his 14-year-old son. Additionally, there were reports of a man hitting his four-year-old grandson in the face and beating him.
