According to Kabulov, the voice in the recording is currently being analyzed by experts, and the case will be reviewed by the province's legal commission. He also noted the possibility that the recording might have been generated using artificial intelligence technology.
Additionally, the press service of the Boka District Committee was contacted for further information. While the committee did not confirm the voice belonged to Begmatov, it also did not deny the claim.
This incident follows a recent controversy involving Dilfuza Urolova, the Hokim of the Boyovut district in the Syrdarya region. Urolova faced backlash after reportedly insulting a farmer and forcing the individual to kneel. She later expressed regret for the incident and apologized.
