Bektemir Melikuziev’s next opponent announced

The date and opponent for the next bout of Uzbek professional boxer Bektemir Melikuziev, who competes in the super middleweight division, have been announced. The boxer shared the information on his Instagram page.

Bektemir Melikuziev will step into the ring on the morning of February 22 this year as part of the main card of a professional boxing event to be held in Las Vegas, United States. His opponent on the night will be Ghanaian boxer Sena Agbeko.

The main event of the evening will feature a bout in the welterweight division between WBC champion Mario Barrios and former world champion Ryan Garcia. In the co-main event, Richardson Hitchins will attempt to defend his title against Oscar Duarte.

For reference, 29-year-old Bektemir Melikuziev has contested 17 professional bouts to date, recording 16 victories and one defeat. His 33-year-old opponent Sena Agbeko has a record of 29 wins and four losses.
