Bobur Tolaganov, press secretary for the Head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Tashkent region, stated that on June 19, the Bekobod City Court ordered an investigation into 33-year-old citizen H.Yu. under Article 104 of the Criminal Code (Deliberate grievous bodily harm), part 2, items "e", "k", and "l". At the entrance to the DIA building, D.Yu.'s health deteriorated, and he lost consciousness.
