The court dismissed the appeal made by "Bakhti Tashkentsky". The lawyer representing Bakhti Tashkentsky, who had been sentenced to 15 days of imprisonment, filed the appeal, but it was rejected. This information was reported by QALAMPIR.UZ.
On November 28 of this year at 21:45, Bakhtiyor Gudratullaev was apprehended from his residence in Yakkasaroy district, Tashkent, by law enforcement officers. His arrest stemmed from an incident where he publicly yelled at DIA (presumably Internal Investigations Office) personnel, breaching community conduct norms. Additionally, he refused to comply with DIA staff's lawful instructions to visit the DIA building and verify his identity.
Gudratullaev denied the allegations, asserting he was taken from his home while present and appealed for fair consideration of his case.
Following the court's ruling, Bakhtiyor Gudratullaev was found guilty of administrative violations under Article 183 and Article 194, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, resulting in a 15-day administrative imprisonment.
Subsequently, his legal representative lodged an appeal, which the court deliberated on December 9 of this year, ultimately rejecting.
Notably, on December 2 of this year, the Tashkent City General Directorate of Internal Affairs announced comprehensive measures to enhance public safety. In this context, Saidaziz Saidaliev, recognized as "Saidaziz medgorodok," Bakhtiyor Gudratullaev, known as "Bakhti Tashkentsky," Dilshod Tulkinovich Sharipov, and Anvar Boborajabovich Mirzakhanov were arrested.
