Earlier, a widely circulated video captured an Instagram blogger physically assaulting a girl engaged in a dispute with her boyfriend, sparking widespread discussions.
As per the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Fergana region, legal action was taken against the blogger due to the aforementioned video, which violated laws against harassment, violence, and cruelty.
The Department of Coordination of DIA in Fergana city drafted relevant documents concerning this incident and presented them in court.
Expressing remorse, the blogger admitted, "I posted a video on my Instagram page, which serves as the basis for prosecution. I regret my actions and urge others not to create content of this nature."
The instablogger was found guilty and prosecuted under Article 189 of the Criminal Code.
