It was found out why buses are lined up at gas stations

Videos showing buses standing in line at gas stations have been circulated on social networks.  “Tashshahartranskhizmat” joint stock company made an official response to this situation.

It is noted that due to the closure of some gas stations, buses owned by “Toshshahartranskhizmat” JSC were sent to other gas stations to supply them with natural gas.  This caused queues at those branches.

Also, in order to solve this issue, an operational working group was formed in Tashkent city administration with the participation of “Hududgaztaminot” JSC and “Toshshahartranskhizmat” JSC.  It was reported that all measures are being taken for the uninterrupted operation of buses.

We remind you that earlier the Ministry of Energy also expressed an official response to the above reason.  According to the ministry, natural gas was fully supplied to all methane gas stations according to the limit set for August, and no restrictions were imposed in this regard.

“Some methane gas stations are temporarily suspended, so it may be due to some technical reasons or some other factor.  Also, as we mentioned before, the fixed price for one cubic meter of methane gas sold at filling stations has not increased,” the report said.
