Andijan's Grooms Punished for “Spectacle” at Wedding Procession

A video depicting a group of young men hanging out of car sunroofs and filming themselves circulated on social media. The Department of Internal Affairs of Andijan region has responded to the incident.

According to reports, the authorities have identified all the individuals inolved in this incident.

"We were travelling in a convoy in my car. There was a wedding taking place in our neighborhood, and we joined the procession. My nephew decided to hang out of the car's sunroof. I deeply regret my actions, and I assure you it won't happen again," stated one of the offenders.

Investigations were carried out in connection with this situation, and reports were drawn up against these persons with the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. The cars were taken to the penalty area.
