Reports have circulated on social media regarding the death of a pregnant woman in the Andijan region, allegedly due to a misdiagnosis by doctors. The Ministry of Health has responded to these reports.
According to the Ministry, the situation is under full control, and a special working group has conducted a rapid investigation to clarify the circumstances. Due to the necessity of providing a legal assessment of any errors or omissions, the preliminary findings of the experts, along with the relevant documents, have been submitted to the prosecutor's office.
"Currently, investigations are ongoing concerning the incident," the statement read.
It is also worth recalling that a similar incident occurred earlier in Ohangaron, where a woman died after walking into the maternity ward on her own.
