Student in Andijan assaults his schoolmate and demands money (video)

Today, on September 9, a video surfaced on social media showing several schoolchildren in the Andijan region assaulting a classmate and demanding money from him. The Regional Department of Preschool and School Education provided information regarding the incident.
It was confirmed that the incident took place at State Specialized Secondary School No. 34 in the Asaka District.
In the video, a young student can be seen assaulting a classmate, repeatedly searching for him, questioning why he was not responding, and subjecting him to insults and physical violence. The assailant also demanded that the victim return between 300,000 and 1 million sums, giving him a 10-day deadline.
The situation is currently under control, according to the school’s management, which stated that the incident is being thoroughly investigated. Detailed information will be provided following the completion of the investigation.
The Department also expressed strong condemnation of any form of youth violence.
It is worth recalling that a similar incident occurred earlier in the Bostanlik district of the Tashkent region, where schoolgirls were involved in beating and insulting a classmate.
