Individuals were apprehended for assaulting a young man in Andijan

In the Andijan region, reports emerged on social media about several individuals assaulting a person on the street with an iron object. The Regional Department of Internal Affairs addressed the incident.
It was reported that all suspects were arrested, and a criminal case was opened against them by the Investigative Group of the Khojaobod District DIA under Article 105 (Intentional infliction of moderately serious bodily injury) of the Criminal Code, Part 2, Clause "i".
The preliminary investigation of the case is currently underway.
"The perpetrators of this crime will face inevitable punishment," the report stated
