A man who covered his face with a burka was brought to justice in the Andijan region, as reported by the Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
It was noted that the man, residing in the Shahrikhan district, dressed in feminine attire and covered his face while in a kindergarten in Andijan city.
The Andijan City Court on criminal cases imposed administrative responsibility on the man, who completely covered his face with a medical mask to the extent that it prevented identification in public places.
This individual was fined 15 times the base calculation amount under Article 184-4 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Being in public places in a form that does not allow identification of the person's identity).
It is worth recalling that in June, a man who wore women's clothing in the Chorsu market of Tashkent city was fined 110 times the base calculation amount (3 million 400 thousand sums) and sentenced to 15 days of administrative imprisonment. In July, another man who covered his face and dressed in women's clothing on the way to Kuylik Farmer's Market was sentenced to 7 days of administrative imprisonment and fined 3.4 million sums.
