Javlon Yunusov, suspected of involvement in the assassination attempt on Komil Allamjonov, the former head of the Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, has been detained in South Korea and extradited to Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office.  

According to the statement, investigative actions revealed material evidence linked to the case during the examination of the crime scene, the defendants' vehicles, and the searches of their residences.  

The investigation and operational measures identified seven individuals involved in the crime. Five of them have been taken into custody, while two others were on the wanted list.  

The address of one wanted suspect, K.S., hiding in Kazakhstan, was established, and investigative actions were conducted with his participation.  

"Additionally, the wanted suspect Javlon Yunusov was detained in South Korea and extradited to Uzbekistan. Investigative actions are ongoing," the report states.
