Father who evaded payment of alimony was found at his aunt's house

In Andijan, a father who was evading child support payments was found at his aunt's house. This information was reported by the regional office of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.

It was reported that J. Yu., a resident of Andijan City, had divorced her husband. According to a court decision, the debtor M. Yu. was ordered to make monthly alimony payments for one of his children.

This order was received by the Andijan city department of the bureau, and enforcement actions were initiated. In August 2023, the father was also held administratively responsible for failing to pay alimony on time.

However, despite this, J. Yu. remained angry about the money for his minor child and did not pay alimony, leading to a debt increase of about 13 million soums. He was also hiding and not returning to his registered address.

During the department's investigation, it was discovered that the debtor was secretly living at his aunt's house in Buloqboshi district. Following the specified procedure, the wanted individual was handed over to the state bailiff, and the Andijan City Department of the Bureau initiated a criminal case against J. Yu.
