Woman evading alimony payments from Jomboy was found in Tashkent

8206A woman from Jomboy who had evaded alimony payments was located in Tashkent. This information was shared with QALAMPIR.UZ by Farrukh Toshpolatov, the press secretary of the Enforcement Bureau.
According to an executive order issued on June 6, 2023, by the Toyloq District Court for civil cases managed by the Jomboy District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, a debt collector identified as M.E. received an enforcement document to secure alimony for the support of his two children.
The individual's unpaid alimony had accumulated to over 5.2 million soums, and their whereabouts were previously unknown.
As a result, the search department initiated efforts to locate the debtor. During these rapid search operations, the woman, identified as U.M., was found in Tashkent. She was informed of her obligations and subsequently brought to Samarkand.
The 5.2 million soums in alimony debt was subsequently recovered from the children's father.
It is worth noting that another woman from Tortkol, also wanted for evading alimony payments, was previously found in a teahouse in Tashkent.
