A 10-day administrative detention was given to a person who hung out of a car sunroof and threw money during a wedding procession in the Fergana region, as reported by the Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

The incident occurred in the Beshariq district, where the young man emerged from a car's sunroof, scattered fake money, filmed the act, and posted the video on social media.

The investigation was transferred to the Beshariq District Court, where the young man received a 10-day prison sentence under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility for petty hooliganism.

During the trial, the accused expressed regret for his actions.

"At my brother's wedding, I threw money from the sunroof during the procession. I was informed that my behavior was inappropriate. I deeply regret my actions and advise my peers against doing the same," he said.

Additionally, on May 6 in Bukhara, an administrative report was filed against a driver and passenger after a drunk woman was seen hanging out of a moving car.
