Academic lyceum admissions begin for the 2025–2026 academic year

Starting today, June 10, online applications are open for 9th-grade graduates of general education schools seeking admission to academic lyceums for the 2025–2026 academic year, according to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.

Only 9th grade graduates are eligible to apply through the [my.edu.uz](https://my.edu.uz) portal. During the registration process, applicants must enter their ID card or birth certificate information and upload the required documents in electronic format (PDF or JPEG), including:

•  One color photo measuring 3.5x4.5 cm;
•  Documents granting preferential rights to admission, such as a diploma for winning a science Olympiad or a national/international certificate demonstrating proficiency in a foreign language or general education subjects (if available).

Applicants may select one specialization and apply to up to three academic lyceums, provided the language of instruction is the same across all selected institutions. They must also specify the foreign language in which they intend to take the entrance exam.

Entrance exams will be conducted in the region chosen by the applicant.

The application period will remain open until July 10, including that day.

As a reminder, registration for admission to higher education institutions for the 2025–2026 academic year began on June 5.
