The 2004 world chess champion, Uzbekistani grandmaster Rustam Kasimjanov is currently coaching Nodirbek Abdusattarov, who is fighting for victory in the international tournament held in the Netherlands. Abdusattarov announced this on his Telegram page.

“Nodirbek Abdusattarov is currently working with one of the legends of Uzbek chess, Rustam Kasimjanov,” the report says.

For information, Rustam Kasimjonov won the title of Grandmaster in 1997. He is the holder of the honorary title “Pride of Uzbekistan”.

It should be recalled that after the last eight rounds of the “Tata Steel Chess-2023” competition, Abdusattorov is leading with 6 points.
