Abdusattarov reached the grand final of another international competition

Grandmaster Nodirbek Abdusattarov from Uzbekistan took part in The Armageddon Championship Series: Asia & Oceania tournament hosted by Berlin, Germany.  On 9 April, Abdusattorov won the 4th round of the competition.

In the match against Iran's Parham Magsdoglu, the chess player from Uzbekistan gained the upper hand.

On the 1st day of this tournament, Nodirbek defeated Indian Vidit Gujarati with a score of 2:0.  In the 2nd match of the tournament, Abdusattarov lost to Gukesh from India, and in the 3rd match, he beat another Indian representative, Murali Karthikeyan.

According to the results of the competition, Nodirbek Abdusattorov and 16-year-old Indian chess master Gukesh Domarju won the right to participate in the grand final of the tournament to be held in September of this year.

We remind you that earlier the chess master from Uzbekistan successfully participated in the online tournament "Chessable Masters" and won a ticket to the upper division of the competition.  In the grand final of this tournament, Abdusattorov defeated the Frenchman Maxim Vache-Lagrave with a score of 2.5:1.5.
