40% of the housing subsidy will be allocated to women in 2022

In 2022, 40 percent of subsidies on mortgage loans will be allocated to women. The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, stated this on 7 March, in his speech at a solemn event on 8 March – International Women’s Day.

The head of the State said that this system would provide 12,000 affordable housing units for needy women.
“Fifteen trillion soms will be allocated to support only women.

If we do a benignity to the women who are the angels of our home, a symbol of kindness and loyalty, it will return to us and become ten good deeds.

Our dear mothers, grandmothers, and sisters will certainly appreciate such respect and attention.

In a country where women’s dignity and human dignity are respected, peace, prosperity, and solidarity will be stable”, – President Mirziyoyev said.
Earlier, we announced the establishment of the “Society of Women Scientists” under the State Committee of Family and Women. There are plans to allocate 50 billion som annually to society.
