What will the weather be like during the week?

After experiencing rainy and cool conditions over the weekend, Uzbekistan will see dry weather from May 20 to 22, as reported by "Uzgidromet."

However, today, May 20, Tashkent, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions might experience some rainfall in the morning.

On May 23 and 24, there will be short-term rain and thunderstorms in parts of Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya, and the Fergana Valley regions. The rest of the country will remain dry.

Throughout the week, temperatures will rise, reaching 24-29 degrees Celsius by midweek and 30-32 degrees in the southern regions.

From May 22 to 23, wind speeds in desert areas may increase to 13-18 m/s, and on May 24, some regions might experience dust and sandstorms.

Intermittent rain is expected in foothill and mountainous areas from May 20 to 24, which could result in ongoing flooding.

For Tashkent, the weather on May 20 includes potential morning rain with temperatures around 22-24 degrees Celsius. No precipitation is expected on May 21-22. Short-term rain and thunderstorms may occur on May 23, with nighttime temperatures ranging from 14-17 degrees and daytime temperatures between 25-27 degrees.
