Man arrested in Jizzakh for involving girls in prostitution (video)

A 29-year-old man has been detained in Jizzakh region for involving young women in prostitution, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Authorities reported that the suspect, born in 1996 and residing in Zarbodor district, exploited the trust of young women, took them to Samarkand, and involved them in prostitution.
During a special operation, the suspect was apprehended while transporting three residents of Jizzakh city and one resident of Zarbodor district to Samarkand.
A pre-investigation inquiry is currently underway. Measures are being taken to fully examine the circumstances of the case and ensure that those responsible are held legally accountable.
It is worth noting that earlier, a 27-year-old woman involved in organizing prostitution was detained in Surkhandarya region.
