Judoka from Uzbekistan will fight for bronze medal at the Olympics

Alisher Yusupov, who is representing Uzbekistan at the ongoing Olympic Games in Paris, will fight for a bronze medal in the +100 kg weight category.
Alisher Yusupov will advance to the transition stage without a contest. Guram Tushishvili of Georgia, who lost in the quarter-finals, was disqualified, allowing Yusupov to compete directly for the bronze medal.
Yusupov will compete in the medal match against Japan's Tatsuru Saito and South Korea's Kim Min Jong.
