Blogger arrested for raping second wife's daughter in Tashkent

Earlier, it was reported that a man was arrested in Tashkent for raping an 11-year-old girl. A court verdict was announced in this case. This was reported by the press secretary of the Tashkent City Court, Zokirjon Kozyboev, to QALAMPIR.UZ.

It is reported that a 31-year-old man, who is the father of 5 children, took a woman whose official marriage to another man was not dissolved, as his second wife. In addition, he regularly raped his second wife's minor (11-year-old) daughter.

31-year-old A.K., who committed a sexual crime against a minor, was detained with irrefutable evidence. A criminal case has been initiated against him under Article 119, Part 4 of the Criminal Code (satisfaction of sexual needs by force in an unnatural way against a person under the age of fourteen).

By the court verdict, the man was sentenced to 16 years and 6 months of imprisonment, to be served by partially adding the sentences imposed on him under Article 168 (fraud), Part 4, Clause “a”, Article 126-1 (domestic violence), Part 3, Article 25,119 (unnatural satisfaction of sexual needs by force), Part 4, Article 119 (unnatural satisfaction of sexual needs by force), Part 4, and Article 59 (imposition of punishment for committing several crimes) of the Criminal Code.

After the verdict enters into legal force, it is determined that 254 million 653 thousand 783 soums of material damage will be recovered from it in favor of the victim.

It should be recalled that an Uzbek citizen who was sexually assaulted by his stepfather in Turkey was previously deported to the country.
