31-year-old man was arrested for raping an 11-year-old girl

A man who assaulted and raped an 11-year-old girl was arrested, as reported by the National Social Protection Agency.

It is noted that a 31-year-old man who is the father of 5 children took a woman whose official marriage with another man was not annulled as his second wife while being his legal wife. In addition, he regularly raped the minor (11-year-old) daughter of his second wife.

According to reports, the violation of the child's rights was prevented with the intervention of the leadership of the National Social Protection Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Currently, the agency is providing necessary medical, psychological, and social support to the victim.

31-year-old A.K., who committed a sexual crime against a minor, was arrested with irrefutable evidence, and a criminal case was filed against him under Article 119, Part 4 of the Criminal Code (Satisfaction of sexual needs against a person under the age of fourteen in an unnatural way using force) triggered.
