New head of the Tashkent Regional Internal Affairs Department appointed

On July 29, in accordance with the relevant order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Colonel Abduvosit Abdulhayevich Abdurazzokov was appointed Head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Tashkent region. This was reported by the regional administration’s press service.

Before this appointment, Abduvosit Abdurazzokov served as Deputy Head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city and Head of the Investigation Department.

For reference, Abdurazzokov was born on July 19, 1981, in Tashkent. He graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2002 and has since held various positions within the internal affairs system.

From 2020 to 2021, he served as Head of the Sergeli District Department of Internal Affairs.

As previously reported, the former head of the Tashkent Regional Internal Affairs Department, Tohir Tulkinovich Aripov, was appointed Head of the Samarkand Regional Internal Affairs Department by the same ministerial order.
