Fog forces Termez Airport to redirect flights to Samarkand

Termez Airport is diverting incoming flights to Samarkand due to heavy fog, according to Uzbekistan Airports.
The report highlighted that adverse weather conditions led to the rerouting of Air Samarkand flight UZS412, traveling from Jeddah to Termez, to Samarkand’s airfield.
Additionally, the crew of Uzbekistan Airways flight HY9610, en route from Moscow to Termez, opted to land in Samarkand as an alternative measure.
Previously, similar weather conditions prompted restrictions on flight arrivals at Tashkent International Airport.
