21 Uzbek citizens returned from Sweden (video)

Late in the evening on February 11, a charter flight carrying 21 Uzbek citizens arrived at Tashkent International Airport. This was reported by Dunyo.

According to the report, the citizens had entered Sweden in violation of established procedures and stayed in the country without complying with migration laws.

The flight was organized through coordinated cooperation between the authorized bodies of Uzbekistan and Sweden. On February 11, 21 people were returned to Uzbekistan on the charter flight.

Passengers arriving in Tashkent were welcomed by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant agencies. The citizens expressed gratitude to the country’s leadership and the responsible authorities for their assistance and support in returning home.

Earlier, it was reported that Uzbek citizens who had traveled to Croatia for employment through the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Budapest and fell victim to fraud had also been returned home.
