Upon his return to Dagestan, Razambek Jamalov, the champion of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and gold medalist in freestyle wrestling in the 74 kg weight category, presented the keys to two Li7 vehicles, gifted by the Uzbekistan Freestyle Wrestling Federation, to his coaches Musa Saidulbatalov and Adam Saytiev.
In addition, the athlete himself was awarded a cash prize of 5 million rubles by a businessman from Dagestan.
To provide context, Razambek Jamalov competed against Japan’s Daichi Takatani in the Olympic final. Jamalov emerged victorious, securing the title of Olympic champion.
It is worth noting that Jamalov previously expressed that he dedicated his victory in the most prestigious sports event of the quadrennium to the people of four regions: Russia, Uzbekistan, Dagestan, and Chechnya.
