On July 8, a Nexia-3 driver deliberately dragged three citizens in the Mirishkor district of the Kashkadarya region, the regional Department of Internal Affairs reported.

According to the information, at around 2:30 p.m. that day, two citizens entered a canteen in the district and got into an argument with its owner.

Following the dispute, the two individuals left the canteen and attempted to get into another citizen’s Nexia-3 car as passengers. Despite attempts by the canteen owner and his relatives to stop the vehicle, the driver moved forward.

Preliminary inquiries into the incident are currently being conducted by the Mirishkor district Department of Internal Affairs.

A video circulating on social media shows one of the citizens hanging from the moving car before falling to the ground and being unable to get up. However, no official statement has been made regarding his condition.

It should be recalled that earlier in the Akdaryo district of the Samarkand region, a Cobalt driver ignored a road patrol officer’s demand to stop and dragged him by the car door.
