Prices for electricity and natural gas in Uzbekistan will be fixed for at least three years starting from 2026.

State support for low-income and vulnerable populations includes applying the basic rate for electricity and natural gas and providing compensations when tariffs increase. This policy was established by the Cabinet of Ministers on June 15, 2024, in Resolution No. 337, titled "On additional measures to further improve the tariff policy in the fuel and energy sector." This policy outlines the main directions for the tariff policy in Uzbekistan's fuel and energy sector until 2035 and will take effect on April 1, 2025.
